Relational Life Counseling

I'm passionate about relationships, couples in particular! I've never seen a manual distributed to people thinking about forming a relationship. So, we just wing it! This doesn't always turn out very well, and we get stuck. But, it doesn't have to be this way. I create safety so couples can say to each other what they need to say and hear what their partner is telling them. We look together to discover the path that works! I work with individuals as well with a relational lens in a caring, supportive environment that feels safe.
